After-sales service
Installation
The seller will send 1 engineer to install, test the production line and train customers' workers in buyers' factory. It will take 1 week for whole installation and training.
The seller should cover engineers' salary and visa cost for 10days. And the buyer should cover Round air tickets, accommodations, transportation in buyers' country, food, medical care, safety cost, and related cost happens in buyers' country. Also, the buyer should prepare enough labor, electric wire outside the control panel and tools for installations. The buyer should pay 100 USD of engineer's salary start from 11th day.
Guarantee
Guarantee period for the delivered equipment will be 12month after completion of erection but not later than 18months after shipment. In case any item proves to be defective and the damage is confirmed by seller's technicians within this period, the seller will at their choice either send engineer to repair or supply a new one for replacement free of charge on the basis of CNF delivery.
The above item does not include the parts, which have regular spares or the parts damaged from normal wear, abnormal operation, improper maintenance and inadequate civil works. The seller is not liable for any production loss under any circumstances.
Packing
As per export standard, they will also be treated before delivery against damage and rusting.
Flexo printing is a printing method based on the concept of a rubber stamp, and the first flexo printing press was built in Liverpool, England in 1890 by the Bibby, Baron and Sons Company. This method is called flexographic printing because of the use of aniline oil-based inks in the early 1900s.
Flexographic printing was used for food packaging in the United States throughout the early 20th century until the FDA declared the ink unsafe for use on food; it was not until the mid-1900s that safer inks were developed. In 1951, this printing process was officially named flexographic printing.
Print quality has improved dramatically over the decades thanks to better inks, plates and machines. Today's flexo presses use a two-stage process: prepress and printing. The prepress stage is where all the preparatory work takes place, including:
1.Make the plates that will be used to print the design on the sheet (make multiple plates, one for each color in the pattern
2.Install the printing plate on the printing sleeve
3.Ink preparation
After the prepress phase is complete, the plate sleeves are mounted on the press and the ink is pumped into the inking system. There are several printing stations, one for each color, where the following process takes place:
1.Feeds the anilox roll into the inking system using the doctor blade chamber
2.Using an anilox roller, the ink is transferred from the inking system to the printing plate, which is supported by a cylinder called the plate cylinder.
3.During the ink transfer process, the anilox cylinder doctor blade ensures an even distribution of the ink volume on the printing plate
4.The substrate to be printed is fed between the printing plate and counter-pressure (CI) cylinder.
5.The printing plate rests against the substrate on the counter-pressure (CI) cylinder, resulting in a print of the desired color
6.The printed substrate passes through the dryer.
7.The substrate is transferred to the next printing station and the process is repeated until the desired image is rendered.
